Position: Executive Director
With over 10 years of leadership experience in the nonprofit sector, Mr. Ajay Yadav leads the overall strategic direction of Kashi Educare Society Under his leadership, the organization has expanded its reach and impact, creating programs that serve thousands of communities. He is a passionate advocate for women’s empowerment, environmental sustainability, education, and is committed to fostering innovative approaches to address systemic issues. He works closely with our staff, board, and partners to ensure that our programs are effective, our goals are met, and our financial resources are used responsibly.
RAVI PRAKASH GUPTA
Position: President
As the President, Mr. Ravi Prakash Gupta oversees the day-to-day operations of Kashi Educare Society, ensuring that our programs run smoothly and efficiently. With expertise in operations management and organizational systems, he is dedicated to streamlining processes, optimizing performance, and delivering measurable outcomes. He has a deep background in project management, having led numerous initiatives to success within the nonprofit sector.
